Our American Bison hides are sourced from Native American tribes who are licensed to hunt American Bison, as their forefathers have for generations.
There is limited availability of Bison hides in accordance with state quotas for Bison hunting. These belts are subject to seasonal availability of hides.
Do not be fooled by rebranded “buffalo” belts that are made in Pakistan, China and India. They use the greatly inferior Asiatic Water Buffalo, which are a cheap low-grade hide.
Our American Bison leather belts are made from authentic hides.
Leather is a breathing and living material, it is imperative that the proper care and maintenance is carried out on the belt to maintain optimal conditions.
