Returns Policy:

All Titan products purchased from Titan Australia include 14 day defect-free gaurentee from the date the item was delivered.

Defective or damaged items must be in an unused condition to prove if they were defective or damaged on arrival.

To process a returns claim, email contact@titansupport.com.au quoting your full name, order ID and any additional relative information.

Exchanges:

All Titan products purchased from Titan Australia can be exchanged due to customer sizing error, provided the product is unused and the alternative sized product is in stock.

Only sizing is covered within this policy, however if the requested size to be exchanged is not in stock, an option for a product of equal value but difference in colour or type may be exchanged for.

The exchange period for returns is covered within 14 days from the item delivered date.

The customer is entirely responsible for the shipping fees incured for the exchange.

Please also ensure that insurance is purchased for returned products as Titan Australia does not assume responsibility for any returned products lost in the mail.

Product exemptions:

Purchases on TITEX and ER equipment are final.

Warranty terms for TITEX and ER Racks can be found on their respective websites.

Gift certificates may not be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange.

Custom items cannot be exchanged due to the nature of the product.

Be warned, International shipping fees are covered by the customer should they wish to exchange equipped ply gear such as bench shirts, squat suits and deadlift suits for sizing exchanges. As the item is sent back to Titan Support Systems in the United States.

Refunds:

Refunds can be requested on unused defective or damaged goods upon arrival.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your refund to be processed.

Warranties:

The following products are covered under our manufacturer warranty,

Toro Belts – One year on the structural integrity of the entire belt, including Lever and Prong mechanisms.

Longhorn Belts – Lifetime warranty on structural integrity of the entire belt, including Lever, Prong and Quick Release mechanisms.

Brahma Belts – Lifetime warranty on structural integrity of the entire belt, including Lever, Prong and Quick Release mechanisms.

TKS Knee Sleeves – 30 days warranty.

Note: Degradation of leather due to wear and tear and/or failure to carry out adequate maintenance is not covered under warranty.
